TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

All invitational tournaments are ASA or ISA Sanctioned (unless otherwise noted), doubleelimination. Please do not ask for any first-nightbyes -late starting times will be given to out of town teams whenever possible. Any team that is a NO SHOW is liable for the entry fee.

Entry Deadline: 12 noon on Wednesday for slow-pitch tourneys and Girls fast pitch tournaments the deadline will be 5pm on Monday before the tourney.

Entry Fee: We can no longer take on line registration.  Teams need call with team info and credit card number.  We will not run the card unless you ask us to or if your team is a "no show".  Once entry fee has been paid we will discard all information.

Steal Cleats: are not allowed during invitational or ISA tournaments.
Balls: Hit your own ASA or ISA approved softball unless provided. Must be a .44 core ball for slow pitch.
Roster: Sanctional rosters must be turned in before 1st game. No changes can be made after the tournament starts. Travel permit required for ASA out-of-state tournament teams.

Invitational Awards: Awards will be presented for each division of a tournament.

Team trophy to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place. Individual awards to championship team for each division unless otherwise announced.
